Are there any plans to include Nonlinear Dimensionality Reduction techniques like ISOMAP and LLE in RM?

I do not know the techniques you quoted. Are they related to kernel-based PCA ?

    thanks for pointing this out. We will have a look into this and see if we can incorporate these techniques. By the way: the latest CVS version (and also the next release) already contain a Kernel-PCA.
