决策树和概率的预测

Hello!
I'm using decision tree (with gain ratio as criterion) to model the incoming a disease, with a true/false label attribute. Is it possibile to existimate the probability of a true prediction? Something like "TRUE with N% probability of developing the disease"?

I forgot: all this from inside an application (model integration proved to be quite easy).
