"Email text mining"

Hello All,
I am trying to perform email text mining in RapidMiner. I am looking to focused on 1. Topic detection 2. Key phrase extraction 3. Tone detection and 4. Relationship mapping. I have saved the email in an Excel file (.xls) format and have done some initial processing of the email text ... lower case conversion, stopwords filtered out, filtered out 3 letter words.
Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find any training materials or video tutorial to help me get through this.
Could you please run me through the nodes/ operators I can use so that I can perform the email topic/ tone detection.
