I made sure it uses 64 bit java. The tool is memory expensive though and I am working on a machine together with colleagues....so making sure no one else is working in the evening did help too.

Hi@Joos, it also seems you are using the 32 bit version of RapidMiner? Can you try and use the 64 bit version?
