report bugs in RapidProM

Hello, I just report some errors when I use RapidProM to do conformance check. It shows process failed and details are indicated in the attached image. Could anyone be able to help me figure it out? Thanks in advance and look forward to replies.

    The same thing is appearing while performing predictive analysis on Auto model web.
