Problem encounter while doing sentiment analysis

Hi, I am a student of Hong Kong Polytechnic University doing my final year project using rapidminer to help me do sentimental analysis on reviews of smartphones and laptops.
Unfortunately, I encounter some technical problems with the sentimental analysis part.
I connected "Read CSV" with "analyze sentiment" (Aylien). The output of the reviews show the columns of polarity and its related columns but there is only question marks in the cell of each data.
Is there any advance on how to construct sentiment analysis with CSV files that can help me solve the above problem?
Looking forward for your reply. Thanks

The Aylien operators are no longer being supported. If you want to use a third party you will probably need to switch to another provider like Rosette or MonkeyLearn. Or use the new RapidMiner native operator called "Extract Sentiment" in the Operator Toolbox extension!
