Rapid Miner studio getting stuck on "initializing checks".

Its getting stuck at that point . I tried everything i know but still same results.

I'm using open jdk 8 and i don't have any other java versions installed. JAVA path are also set properly .

OS: Ubuntu 20.04

same happen with me too ,don't know why. I'm still unable to find the reason

I had this problem and I was not able as well to solve it. My guess is that this version of Rapidminer is no compatible with ubuntu 20.04

I switched to ubuntu 18.04 and it the program runs smoothly now
