For those of you looking for a cloud alternative, there are two:

Letter to users

The following letter has been sent to users of RapidMiner Cloud.

We would like to inform you that we have decided to discontinue our offering called RapidMiner Cloud. With RapidMiner Cloud, you were able to store data, RapidMiner processes and results in a personal cloud-based remote repository and execute RapidMiner processes in the cloud. This functionality is available from RapidMiner Studio, but will be discontinued and removed. We are discontinuing this particular capability as it is not being used that much by our user base. We are building up new Cloud based solutions that will serve user needs better. We have noticed that you used some of these capabilities in the past and we want to make sure you migrate any important content before we shut it down. We will completely shut down the RapidMiner Cloud service by May 7, 2019 or shortly thereafter. To make sure you don’t lose any data or any of your work, please copy or move all contents from your personal cloud repository to a local repository. This can be achieved by copying or dragging and dropping all contents between repositories in the repository browser in RapidMiner Studio. On March 19, we will remove the ability to execute processes on the Cloud. You will still be able to access data and processes in the Cloud Repository until May 7, 2019. If you have any purchased Cloud Credits we will reimburse you in the coming weeks. We already have a couple of alternative solutions available.
